Hi Tara - thanks for leaving a review. We recognize that each dog has a unique play style and some toys may work better than others. Please reach out to our service team via email or chat and we would be happy to get your pup a new toy type to try!

We signed up for a three month subscription and they added that it auto pays after that then after we called and told them they are still sending boxes and trying to charge us. Stay away from this company Bullymake added this response below to make it seem like they are working on the issue for people who read it. Trust me they are doing nothing. All they had to do is send me a paid return address and this would be settled. Don't let their reply fool you they don't care. As I said they did absolutely nothing and still expect us to pay for the box we did not order. Run away from ever doing business with them. 03/31/2025 after posting to all of their social media and the CEO on LinkedIn and a honest review on Trustpilot they said they are giving me a full refund and I am returning the box

Hi Ernie - I wanted to follow up to verify that your subscription was cancelled in our system in your last interaction with our team member on March 25th, so you should not be receiving boxes moving forward. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team - we are happy to help. _______ Hi Ernie - we are sorry to hear that your experience has not been ideal with us. Our team is committed to ensuring that your subscription works best for you and your current situation. We will be sending a request privately through Trust Pilot to gather your email address so we can access your account and ensure that everything is set up as intended for you.

My Rottweiler Staffy mix is a CHEWER and the super tough chew toy that was sent was perfect! She absolutely loves it. I also have an Australian Cattle/Llaso alpso and she loved the treat the most!!

We absolutely love bullymake. We love it because our dogs love it. They have learned to recognize the box when it comes. They get super excited.

Toys and treats are good and of good quality the only thing that would make it better would be if could customize or better personalize and make the boxes more special instead of generic feeling but no complaints still love the product

Brutus loves to chew, so his toys have to be tough!! Spot on!! He also loves the treats!
