Price switch in cart, refused to honor advertised (documented by screen shot) sale price.

Ordered multiple samples, only to have them cancelled. If you are unable to order them, then don’t have it as an option. Guess I’ll drop my $1,000 or so somewhere else.

I ordered 3 fans that showed on hand quantities, I specifically ordered them as others said out of stock. Once I purchased them I got an email that said if changes are needed make them fast, as “WE SHIP FAST”, I had carefully selected them so no changes were needed. I ordered them mid November, I haven’t received them and when I checked the delivery status it is months out. So be cautious, if you need it immediately, the on hand and out of stock as advertised on each item is Bogus info. They have NOTHING on hand, the on hand information is from their supplier who has hundreds of merchants that they supply to, good thing is you’ll eventually get it😢. Want it fast, I’ve had no issues with WAFAIR.com, it always arrives in days not months!

I ordered Baldwin cabinet pull knobs expecting premium quality at around $12 per over 2 weeks ago. The first order was split into two shipments. The first 13 had 6 knobs that were so badly scarred and they agreed to replace them. The second shipment of 34 arrived 2 days later and 13 of the 34 were also un-useable. Again, Build agreed to replace them. So far I'm still missing 1 final knob and just received a delayed ship notice to Jan 22nd...even though you can go onto their site and find 158 in stock...with the price lowered to $7.88. I would NEVER use Build again, which is odd as they're owned by Ferguson, a very reputable plumbing and appliance retail conglomerate.

they shipped the wrong part. kristen in “the office of the president” could not be less helpful if she tried and is shockingly rude. additionally she has literally no knowledge of the products they sell so she is not able to find a workable replacement. do not order from them

They lie about inventory and delivery times to get you to place an order. After ordering you get delay after delay, excuse after excuse.

I ordered a shower faucet set and valve. It arrived in good time. Now plumber says I do not need the valve we will see what happens when I try to return. I ordered two bathroom sinks came and arrived intact and timely No problems.

I ordered 60 x 30 inch bath tub, but received 72 x 32 inch tub instead. Renovation stopped just because of that. Now I have to wait 5-10 days for the right one.
