My child had a very specific vision and the Budsies team worked closely with us to bring it to life. There were a few small design hiccups along the way, but the preview option made it easy to request adjustments, and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was consistent, and they made sure the final plush arrived on time for Christmas. The finished product is adorable, and I cannot wait to see my child’s reaction. I truly appreciate all the hard work that went into creating such a special keepsake and would happily recommend Budsies.

Hi Katherine! We're honored to have been able to bring your daughter's art of Roxy the winged kitty corn to life! Our designers had the best time making her character, the colors she chose for her character are all so pretty! We hope when she sees it on Christmas she loves it too. 💙

I am still waiting for it. The holiday has it super late and I know not your fault but your tracking system isn't helpful at all. My daughter (8) is getting super discouraged. Its December 10th.
Response from BudsiesDec 19, 2025
Hi Danielle! We're so sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with our tracking system! We try to be as clear as possible and offer multiple ways to track your order while its on its way to you. We checked with our team, and they tracked the order which said it was delivered this week! We hope your daughter loves her Budsie of Miss Wolf! If you still have questions for us, please feel free to email [email protected]. We'd be happy to help more from there! We appreciate your feedback. 💙

Hi Caitlin! Thank you so much for your kind words! Our team enjoyed making your best friend's Budsie, from the redraw process to the final result! We hope your friend loves it too! It looks AMAZING! 💙
Terrance C.
It was delivered almost a month late. So know that when you order. Overall, I was pleased with the end result. It seems to be a quality product. The one I ordered was for a birth so being a month late in delivery was not ideal. However the detail was very nice.

Hi Terrance! We appreciate your review! For our Budsies, we always try to make plushies as quickly as possible! Since they're all custom and handmade, sometimes they can take a bit longer with production and shipping time, especially with additional upgrades! We apologize for any inconvenience, and we're glad the plushie's outcome was to your liking. We hope having the plushie has already begun to bring you and your loved ones lots of joy! We're always here at [email protected] if you have any other questions. 💙
