BudsiesReviews of budsies.com

My daughter had been eyeing the products and wanted to create her own. The experience for submitting everything was so easy and when the product arrived it was amazing.

Budsies creates a high quality product, and I was pleased with everything. They do take a bit longer than other companies, but the quality they offer is priceless!

Design was on point and down to the detail for the drawing I submitted! Customer service was great! When I reached out for an update on my order they politely referred me to the correct communication link and got back to me within 1-2 days!

Polite customer service with quick responses. Top quality materials and craftsmanship. Staff took my feedback and made adjustments without any issue. Arrived quickly. This was the third time I ordered and every time it's a 10/10 service. Not to mention that the budsie is freaking adorable.

I had commissioned budsies to make a plush of my oc a little bit ago, and for the most part it turned out pretty accurate. The hair is a little off, some hoodie things arent rlly accurate and the proportions are decent but the legs are a bit stubby, for the most part it was pretty good so 7/10

Budsies did a really good job bringing my son’s drawing to life. The plush looks very close to the original picture he drew, which was the most important thing to us. They were also very kind and communicative throughout the process. They reached out to confirm color choices, and I trusted their judgment on what would look best, which I appreciated. There were a few minor issues that made the plush feel slightly unfinished, or possibly intentionally left that way. The hat is very floppy since there is no stuffing inside, and it is only stitched in four sections, leaving openings where fingers can easily go inside the hat. Another point is the star globe staff. Budsies did notify me ahead of time that it would be considered an accessory and required an additional $22 charge, which I agreed to and paid. However, the final result of the staff was a bit disappointing. It is very flimsy and does not hold up like a staff should. I did purchase the sneak preview and approved the final design, not realizing how noticeable some of these small details would be in person, especially how flimsy the staff is. That said, overall, I am still happy with the finished look of the plush despite these issues. Most importantly, my kiddo is happy with it too, though he also noticed and was a bit annoyed by the same points. Overall, it’s a lovely keepsake with great effort put into matching the artwork, just with a few details that could be improved.

The Budsies are absolutely perfect. Look just like my grandkids drawings and they are very well made. I cannot wait for Christmas to see my grandkids reaction. Thank you so much.

Totally blown away by the accuracy. So good!!! A+++ Really love it. For those saying it takes long, it's custom so yes, and mine was early btw :)
