Hi Terrance! We appreciate your review! For our Budsies, we always try to make plushies as quickly as possible! Since they're all custom and handmade, sometimes they can take a bit longer with production and shipping time, especially with additional upgrades! We apologize for any inconvenience, and we're glad the plushie's outcome was to your liking. We hope having the plushie has already begun to bring you and your loved ones lots of joy! We're always here at [email protected] if you have any other questions. 💙

Hi Kelly! Thanks for your review! I'm sorry the color doesn't look the way you pictured! Our team would be more than happy to work with you on a remake plushie if you'd like for your granddaughter! If so, email us at [email protected] and we can help more from there! 💙

Hi Carissa! I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been unhappy with your Budsies experience and that you felt ignored by our team! We always want customers to leave happy. We saw that our team recently reached out to you and refunded you for the embroidery fee, but we'd love to offer you full remakes for the plushies if you'd like! Please let our team know through email how you'd like to move forward, we'd be happy to help from there! 💙
