Hi Shirley! I'm so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with how Lily's Selfies turned out! We never want customers to leave their Budsies experience unsatisfied. We'd love to offer you a free remake of her Selfies so it looks more how you pictured! If you email us in the next couple days we can try to get her new plush to you by Christmas! 💙

I liked receiving updates as the stuffed animal was being made. The description of the manufacturing process made it easy to wait for the finished product. The whole process from beginning to end was easy.

My experience was great. I knew about every stage my custom Plushie was in, and when it shipped and was ready to ship. Overall, after it was shipped, it took 2 days to get delivered to me. They did a great job. Thank you Budsies for my custom plushie.
