This company is first class all the way! They are completely trustworthy and provide after sales service and support. I recently purchased a Kadena miner for approximately $15,000. Due to the change in market conditions concerning Kadena miners, the market price for the subject machine increased approximately 400%. Instead of canceling the order or trying to sell the machine to me at a higher price e.g., $60,000, they honored their commitment by selling the machine at the original, contracted price. All of my dealings with BT-Miners been 100% perfect. I highly recommend them!

UPDATED below: Bt miners sent me the wrong miner with a power supply (50hz) that will not work on my continent. I was unable to contact customer service and cannot use my miner. UPDATE: No, my PSU lists a 50hz power supply on the side of the box. I was also sent an S9K when I ordered an S9SE.
Response from BT-MinersJan 11, 2022
Ryan, We have looked into your complaint and have contacted you several times regarding the issue. All power supplies have a range so this will work on 50hz - 60hz. The plug is the standard that come from the manufacturer. Miners typically change the cord to match the 220v outlet that they are using. If you have an issue with the miner, we would be happy to schedule a call with out technical service team to assist. We can be contacted at [email protected] or 813-680-2008. We are committed to working to resolve customer problems. Thank you, BT-Miners
