My wife and I run a relatively small crypto mining operation that has been slowly expanding. We have been dealing with BT-Miners when it was still relatively speaking *new*. We are very, very careful not to be scammed and honestly it takes us time before we can trust vendors. Well we have been dealing with KC and Lena for about 7 months now and have to say they are amongst the best vendors we have ever dealt with in any industry! I remember we started off buying two used Innosilicons from them using our credit cards but after they earned our trust we started to buy using crypto and have not been disappointed. We have purchased to date now approximately $150k worth of miners from them (the rest all new) and have received almost all of our miners. We are currently just awaiting a few more but I have no doubts we will be receiving them very shortly. Now, regarding customer service and repairs. They are top of the line and both try to make themselves accessible. They really do believe in the saying "customer is always right" and really do aim to help the customer within their power. I have never been disappointed. While we do have other suppliers that we trust and use, we definitely do foresee ourselves continuing to grow and working with BT-Miners for a very long time. Bought 2 l3s. Shipping was crazy fast. They arrived a little dusty and with 1 worn connector on the control board. This was easy to fix. Miners still seem to be working well. Will probably pick up a couple of more.

I had a great buyers experience with BT-Miners. I sent a couple of early emails and chats just to see how the response was and they were very attentive. I know there's a lot of risk and hesitation when you're dropping some coin on a miner. These folks earned my trust.

Excellent, fast, don't forget to mention your country for the power cable. They send me a Euro cable even if the delivery was in Canada.

I’m Happy to announce that Bt-miners is legit! And they accept credit card, which is amazing. I got my first miner in about a week ago now and I was just as skeptical and nervous as a new buyer in this market would be on here. I even thought their website looked a little fishy, but after reading the forums on Reddit and reading reviews on here I made the purchase. Couldn’t be happier, I purchased a Canaan Avalon 1246. and it truly looks brand new as stated in the description. I only fired it up for a minute so far and everything seems to be working perfectly. I bought on November 10th, 2021 and it took roughly 8-9 business days to ship out and I got it on November the 30th. They were super responsive on chat/emails. I even got ahold of a well spoken company rep in the United States by phone which was reassuring, just to see if their address and phone numbers were legit, and they were. The pricing was also totally fair, and cheaper than you can find on Amazon or eBay. I did an unboxing video of when it came in today to help others trying to make this same unnerving and expensive decision. I’m just a random dude from Canada, with no affiliation to this company. Easy to use and quick delivery!

Bought two miner power supplies at new price costs but received two used power supplies with dust caked on the fan blades. They advertise that power supplies are in stock in the USA but then actually are drop shipped from China.

Scary, right? Send your money. Hope? Wait? Well, I did it. They shipped my miner in very quick fashion. I ordered 2, one from them and one from a competitor. BT Miners got mine 2 weeks faster. Lots of email confirmations. I will be buying another 2 or more from these guys. -Mike
