DO NOT BUY FROM BT MINERS , they are scammers .
ORDER #BT20234516 January 15 order placed . i asked couple of questions and they blocked me after i payed for my miner . still haven't received refund after 2 months of waiting and bt miners is refusing to refund my money . a credit card investigation as been opened against this scamming company Refund my money you scammer.

Hello Nora, sorry that you are going through this. We do not block customers. Due to the dispute, you open with you have open with your credit card the process will take longer. We don't have your money anymore. We only hope this could have been solved in less ill way. Again, sorry for this we have refunded your payment. if you haven't receive. please contact your bank or give a call to our office, our team will cooperate with you and figuring out where the issue is.
