Communication was good throughout. From the American location and Overseas location. I was provided the machine I ordered, even with Bitmain creating a different model and not producing the model I ordered on the second batch. Only complaint is when I called the NY (USA) location the woman on the phone was highly aggravated with my simple questions. Maybe a bad day don’t know but customer service is important.

My first experience using bt-miners was exceptional. I started by looking for dome reviews of other's experience and that got me half the trust that they would deliver my new miner. I actually ordered a miner around 24 March 2023 for the April batch and I was told that my miner will be shipped end of April. However, I was lucky and they told me a few days later that they had some miners in their warehouse in USA. As a result I received my miner on April 3 just 10 days later. The staff who answered the calls were helpful and very patient. That really helped to ease the fact that I had just paid 8k online to a company I hardly new. Great job team bt-miners!!

Except when they want to verify who you are, communication is nonexistent. Don't expect to get a reply using their "Contact Us" link. Ordered 2 miners. Both with PSU's. Received 2 miners and 1 PSU. No response from them when I tried to contact them about the 2nd PSU.

Service was great! Easy to buy and good communication when thing started moving. The wait time to start the process was a little long and the price wasn’t very competitive. I should have looked a few more minutes. But other then that love the machine it’s working great!

BT-Miners is an excellent company to purchase crypto mining equipment from. I had no issues, fast shipping, and fair pricing.

I placed four different orders and bought two other miners. However, BT-Miners had the same bait-and-switch tactics every time. This company loves to charge more to get an earlier delivery window. They will gladly take your money for an earlier delivery date, only to ship your product in a later batch while never offering to compensate you for your overpayment and unrealized gains. I ordered three units on Black Friday. They were stated to be part of their January batch. I also ordered the same miner directly from Bitmain in the same batch. When I received my Bitmain order, I contacted BT-miners, who said the shipment was delayed from Bitmain because of covid that occurred two years ago(how did I get my other load from Bitmain then?), but it would be shipped within a week or two. I did not receive my shipment until February 16th, two months later. Furthermore, the units I received were part of the February batch. This was first confirmed with the miner logs and finally by contacting Bitmain. I could have paid less for the units and gotten them sooner had the company been honest with me. I can only assume that is why they bait and switch. They sell a product they don't have and charge more to get it to you sooner, only to ship it two months after promised. If that was not bad enough, I purchased two K7 units in another order. Customers save money and buy the 58T unit or pay more for the faster 63.5T unit on their website. I spent more for the quicker unit, but guess what they sent me? The slower unit. Pure bait and switch. Not only did I have to pay more for the slower device, but now the ASIC will generate less income over its life, have a shorter lifespan due to a higher shutdown price, and it has a lower resell value because it is less efficient—all reasons why I wanted to pay more for the faster unit. Of course, I reached out to BT miners about this issue. Four days later and they have yet to respond. I doubt they ever will, so I decided to write this review. I could not recommend buying anything from them. Even if they claim to have it in stock and ready to ship, you have no guarantee you will receive what you pay for. They will lie to get a sale and then send you an inferior product. Then, when you complain, they will ignore you. I fully expect they will remove this review at some point. Unfortunately for them, I have run a content marketing company for the last 13 years. I estimate they have caused me a loss of around $7,800 from all the units I purchased. If you are wise, you will buy directly from Bitmain as there is little to no use dealing with this company, which also ships its units from China.
