This is the third time I have purchased from BT-Miners. The service is great, and the they even called to make sure I received my order! I will definitely source miners from them in the future! There are many scammers trying to sell miners! Its nice to have found a good reliable company!

My Miner has yet to arrive. I have been waiting over a month. I ordered on November 29th. You say the order would be fulfilled within 5 to 7 business days. The miner was not picked up by UPS until December 16. I understand China is having Covid problems. I am still waiting for UPS to deliver the product. Severe winter weather. So not UPS's fault either. Last time I ordered it was 7 business days and 5 business days to ship to my door. Don't buy overseas during winter. :/

They have representatives based in New York state and these representatives were very helpful and understood the need to issue W9 tax forms required in the US. They also spoke English well which bridged the language barrier. We are AsicHive, one of the largest Litecoin miners in the US, and they were able to handle our requests for larger quantities of miners. They also gave you tracking numbers promptly so that you didn't have to bug them to tell you where your shipments were.

I ordered a used Antminer S9 at the beginning of November 2022. It was shipped about 6 days later and arrived about 4 days after that. Setting up the miner has been almost entirely pain-free, and it has been sitting in my garage mining bitcoin for almost a month without any issues. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks.
