We've only ordered a few times. But those times their response was quick and acknowledging the order was exceptional. The overview website was also helpful on the cost and knowledge of the miners. Also, gave the profit range of what the miners could make. Shipping time frame was correct to their time frame. Maybe a day or two earlier. Really happy with their service and will be ordering much more!!! -Joe

Pre-ordered machines. Customer service kept me informed during long wait. Both machines, 2 orders, showed up. Although 1 doa. Will use this company again!

Ordering and delivery took a little but arrived in perfect working order.

I think everything went as well as it could. I pre-ordered a miner using my credit card. It all out worked great. The miner arrived ahead of the expected arrive date. I got tracking info as soon as it was available. Everything is good with the miner except it is really loud but that is just the nature of that beast.
