I was excited to try this product. I tried it for a few days, and it looked so unnatural. The light brown color was too dark. I got it from Amazon, and am returning it. Disappointed for sure! Don't waste any money on this!

Website is extremely dodgy and not user friendly. You don't realise you are signing up for a subscription/membership as it comes up zero dollars for VIP benefits, then they charge you a fee a month later for absolutely no benefits in return. It's very deceiving. Also prices for the items are shown in USD then you get charged more once payment is made and converted. Becareful with shipping as it's automatically charged as expedited fee. At the very least, customer service a very responsive and quick to rectify issues. The product itself is not great. The mascara is very thick and stretchy which makes it messy to apply. I give it 2 star instead of 1 because I don't mind the eye-liner.

Browpro were brilliant when I mixed up the colour I ordered. They fixed my order and sent the correct colour. Tiffany kept me updated from order through to delivery.
