Product is great I really like it. I’m blond by birth so I don’t really have any eyebrows so I don’t use it as often. The only thing I didn’t like was the subscription but they were nicely there to help cancel that everything was just great. I really enjoy it.

Got 2 additional charges from another company. Apparently when you buy you sign yourself up to some subscription - you don’t receive anything you just get charged !! PayPal would not refund . If you’ve been charged go to PayPal and check subscriptions and take it off x Product was ok but not additional payments x 2 !!!!!

I made an error on my order and the total sum was more than I could afford to pay, I immediately emailed my dilemma and Sarah in customer services sorted this out for me before the order was picked and refunded the excess funds to me. Not received product yet but wii definitely order from this company again.

When I received my order the powder in the case was crumbled and as I opened it went everywhere. I let them know and they sent me another item at no charge. I really appreciated that and I did receive it and it was in perfect condition. The only drawback is that it ships out of China and takes longer to receive it.

The brow pro itself was quite good but I got charged last month more than I expected plus I have had another payment go out again this month for no reason. What’s going on?!
