I was pleasantly surprised by this product. The size (small) the color (blonde) and the shape were all perfect. I was very nervous to order and wish I had done sooner.

They made a second transaction using PayPal automatic service! This was my first purchase and I had to try the product. The initial pay was $8.99 and they added 3 sets for $16 each and refused to cancel the transaction! I had to try the quality of the product and see if the color is right for me before buying additional items. It is stupid to buy additional 3 items for the higher price! This transaction has been done separately from the first one for 8.99 what proves that they use automatic payment on PayPal. When I noticed a second transaction I asked them to cancel it and they refused to do it. Please send me instructions for returning the items.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Upon review, we can confirm that a 50% refund has already been processed as agreed. This partial refund was issued as a courtesy, even after a dispute had already been filed through PayPal. If you would still prefer a full refund for the additional items, you are absolutely welcome to return the extra 3 sets. Once the return is received, we will process the remaining balance accordingly. We understand your concerns and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

The team listened to my concerns, explained politely but continued to fully resolve my issue. I will purchase from this company again as the brow product is a great product.

I didn’t realize I had ordered the same color and style 3 times. Customer Service at BrowPro was very helpful. Helped me put in the correct order and I even received a refund. I highly recommend BrowPro.

I made a big mistake on my order, infact, I double ordered! I reached out to customer service, explained what had happened. I received a quick response which was most helpful. I responded back and again received a very nice response from Sophia Anderson. I literally asked if this interaction was AI? She came right back letting me know it wasn't. I had to smile and compliment her because being 68 years old, I've never experienced someone so clear and exacting, not to mention how kind. She really took care of me. Such a treat, I thought those days were gone.❤️

Really happy with the Browpro product; it does a great job especially for the older generation when you just can’t quite see enough without your glasses. When there was a (minor) issue with the payment, it was resolved very quickly due to excellent service from the customer support representative. I highly recommend the product, but do make sure you read all the info at checkout thoroughly before proceeding with the payment.
