I hit an addition to my order by accident. Customere service was able to cancel the additional order before it shipped and the refund was credited to my account immediately. Very quick service.

Received mine this morning, it's in the bin already. Absolute trash product, it is nothing at all like the adverts. I just hope they don't attempt to take money from my bank again. After reading these reviews I'm not convinced they're not another subscription rip off company you have to fight to get out of.

I ordered brow pro and they tried to say I joined club when ordered 1 set. i found this out by looking at my bank statements and I see the past 5 months they have taken $31.63 out of my account. I have been back n forth for 2 weeks now about refunding me my money. They are trying to give me 50% back which is bullshit. Why would I allow that. Im not gonna just give you 50% when you shouldn't of taken it out of my acct. Do you actually think I was just gonna give you the money every month just to give it to you. Well I dont have money like that. Worst customer service . And by looking at the reviews I see I'm not the only person they have done this to..😡😡

I had no problem with replacing my brown. It was delivered damaged and customer service was right on it. I definitely would recommend this company and buy again!😊

Please do not buy from them, they scammed me out of more money by sending me 4 when I ordered 1, didn’t know until I checked my account. Then I realised I have a reaccuring payment, they are doing it through PayPal because if you didn’t sign up they don’t have your details. Be careful
