I experienced a seizure earlier in the year, informed my provider of this, and was prescribed Wellbutrin. Upon research, I saw one of the most prominent side effects of this medication is “seizures”. I asked my provider if this is a concern, and she said “no, but be on the look out for side effects like this. TY.” I brought this up with my primary care doctor and he was livid that she would even think to prescribe this. Wild to think that this kind of neglect just flies with this company.

The service was satisfactory. All of the sudden I was told that my medicare was rejected. Then they sent me bills they said medicare rejected. I paid the it and canceled but told me they would review my cancelation request. Request?????? Now they sent me another unpaid bill. Stay away!!!!!!

Billing is a joke, was told this was covered by Medicare and there would be no cost involved. Today in June of 2026, i receive yet another "delayed" bill this one from September of 2025: I'm beginning to suspect there is something very wrong in their billing department.

Brightside is a great app for mental health! You pay a subscription a month so if you need to see a doctor more than once per month, it’s not going to cost you more. You pick out which doctor is right for you.

I enjoyed my therapy sessions and my counselor was very helpful and nice. I need medication and therapy so I am trying to get both in one place . As you were unable to do this I am seeking it elsewhere. Thank you again for your services
