Both of my providers that I have used have been wonderful. Such great people who listen and really want to help.

I have been using Brightside since the beginning of January 2026. My therapist is a rock star. No kidding, she has everything you could ever want in a therapist, puts in extra time with you and truly cares for your situation. I also appreciated the ease of making appointments with her as well. Unfortunately, their billing department is a dumpster fire. I, literally, received 14 invoices (dating back to my first session in January 2026) in less than 5 minutes time and was immediately cutoff from being able to contact my therapist. Now I do not have any issue with paying what I am supposed to pay but lets have a conversation about that before you cut me off. Maybe an email stating the oversight and potential solutions but to cut me off like that is absolutely heartless. I see a therapist for a reason and this BS just added to those negative feelings.

So far really good experience with my Therapist and Dr. both are very attentive and experienced!

My therapist and psychiatrist are AMAZING!! They both listen to me and help me to understand my self better and learn what changes can make a difference. I would recommend Brightside to anyone looking for someone that will listen with no judgement and truly give advice on ways to make things a little bit better.

Was told that my insurance was accepted and my copay was $0. I reached out to verify my insurance was accepted prior to my first appointment. It’s been 6 months and I just now heard back and they’re trying to charge for an appointment.

My therapist and doctor are both awesome. They have put me on the road to a more positive life.

I feel truly listened to and respected at Brightside Health. I have never been made to feel unimportant, and all of my questions are answered thoroughly and with care. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I was able to get in within a timely manner. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I know that if I send a message to either my psychiatrist or therapist, I will receive a prompt response. Their communication and support have been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend Brightside Health to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and responsive mental health care.
