Brightside has been so beneficial to my life. It was very easy to sign up and schedule my first appointments. My psychiatrist and therapist have been amazing and I’m so grateful. It’s easy to make my copayments, video and audio quality is very good and the app is pretty user friendly. I would recommend Brightside to those who have trouble getting to an actual physical office for therapy visits, it’s very convenient

Daisy Drayton has been absolutely amazing throughout my care. She’s incredibly patient, takes the time to truly listen, and always makes me feel comfortable and understood. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatrist.

The provider I saw was by far the worst I have ever spoken to for my mental health. Seemed aggressive and a terrible listener. Ended up saying “ what do you want to do” instead of offering alternatives that could work for my situation. So now I’m the expert? Complete waste of my time and money

I had a horrible experience with therapist when I was a teen hadn't seen one since .. until now and I'm very happy with this experience, the Dr shows compassion and understanding , she doesn't put herself above you making u feel small and broken.. I feel blessed to have a comfortable and safe place to go and let out the stuff that needs let out m

IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY DO NOT USE BRIGHTSIDE!!! My therapist here was a beautiful human being. However, This company has only made my mental health worse. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. They write me an apology letter every other day for the sick games they play. So you know Im not wrong or delusional. Do NOT trust Brightside!!! They will charge you money that you dont owe every other day, and on the days that you get a reprieve from those texts and emails, they will lock you out of your account and cancel your upcoming sessions.
