I would honestly put zero stars if I could, Ever since I was young, my family and I have always used this internet service, even way back when it was still called Atlantic Broadband, and it was never that great, it served it's purpose at the very least, but sometimes, it would just randomly slow things down, or take awhile to connect, and especially in the recent years, it has started to just randomly cut out, and someone would have to unplug the box and plug it back in. But the last straw was a week ago when we had payed the 80$ for it, but a few days later, it just stopped working, when we went to check our account, it said we haven't paid even though we did, so we payed the 80$ to fix, THEN a few days after that, we saw that they took out an extra 80$ from us which means they essentially took a total of 160$ from us. For the love of god DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE INTERNET SERVICE, It doesn't matter much more you'd have to pay for any of the others, literally any other internet service is better than this trash...

I have had off and on internet last 3 weeks of July they finally sent a tec here said he found the trouble but didn't called them number one I could not hear the guy at the call center then he transfered me to some one that gave me the run around said she will have a guy come out Saturday after they already sent on out he never fixed it this company is a joke I told her I was thinking about changing company's she said do it by Aug 1st or I will owe them am I the only one with this kind of service ?

This service is horrible. We have paid for top tier service for 5 years, we have had nothing close to aol dial up.... they installed pods, that didn't work... and they gave us promotional pricing while they were supposedly getting it straightened out... It took them until the need of June 2024 to get the service close to consistent, and they want to bill for the full top their service at 119 a month, instead of giving proper credits for the time it was not working properly.. and now they are selling mobile service... If you need your internet or phone service... DON"T DO IT>>>

My mom was without tv and phone service for 4 days. I and her dr couldn't get a hold of her! She is 84 and is fighting cancer! The tech came out and supposedly fixed the issue. She gave him a tip( she is on fixed income) only to find out the tv issue wasn't fixed! She called and Breezeline is going to take another week to come back out. Tv is her only source of distraction from the illness & pain ! BREEZELINE YOU ARE HORRIBLE!

I went out and spent a lot of money on a modem/router combination, upgraded my Wi-Fi to 200 MPBS it worked fine for a few months now it goes in and out pay a lot of money for their service to get garbage results. Technician is coming. We’ll see how that goes. Dont have faith in it.

Worst internet service EVER! Been over a year since I’ve had their service. Internet is intermittent and when you call it takes FOREVER for them to answer in person with no immediate option for a human. Instead you have to go through all of their ads. Now on hold for past 26 minutes waiting for “said” human. I’m using the time to leave reviews on every website I can find! Forgot to mention; the technician was here yesterday. Said some things were installed incorrectly, he fixed it. HA! If there is another option take it!

I only have working internet in 3 rooms out of 8 in my house. I called Breezeline and let them know their solution was for me to pay more money to get additional routers from them. How is it the customers fault that your service is not working in the whole house? Why should the customer pay more?? I spoke to a superviosr who was rude as can be and he said the same thing well you have our top speed let me get you to sales to purchase more equipment. No help at al. Since getting Breezeline in 2022 my price a month has more than doubled and the service has gotten worse! Thank god they are bringing another provider to the area !

First the positive. They were the only option in my area. Now the negative. Everything else. You'll feel like they are giving you the finger with everything they do. They removed all email addresses because they don't want to hear anything from you. Expect hold times of well over an hour for the support line. They have hostages, not customers. I tried multiple times to call to cancel but apparently that phone number is never answered. I sent certified letters cancelling. They were ignored. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and then they responded and cancelled. The entire process took almost 2 months.
