Phone menu options need reviewed. When I finally got a callback form a human using the callback option she was good but ended up connecting me to the wrong department. Found that out after a 15min wait for the second time. Then once again, callback option and wait. Finally my issue was resolved to my satisfaction ny the last person I spoke with. All told, it took an hour and 10minutes.

They need to honor the senior abd loyalty customers than hsve stated with them for 2 decades. They need to acknowledge and willingly offer more significant discounts if they are going to retain these customers, especially in this environment where we now he ave many more options for services than we did in the past

When I called, it was very difficult getting through your automated system.Twice I thought I had gotten through and ordered the repair only to have Noone show up. First I talked to Albert at9:30 am on Thursday , then I talked to CJ at 1:30 after no one came to make repairs. And again no one showed up. Finally got someone out here around12:30 on Friday. 2days without TV, phone or internet.,

What I like about Breezeline is the human interactions I have received thus far being a customer. What I dont dislike is the constant change to service with no notice. When there's going to be IT Techs outside working on the service. Its very frustrating coming home to utilize the wifi and cant connect to your own wifi for 2 days because your domain name changed without NOTICE! I was up to date on my bill and everything. Ridiculous & frustrating!

I have an overpayment of $421 that was supposed to be refunded to my card and its still hasn't been refunded yet

Breezeline used to be WOW. WOW was a much better service than Breezeline, in my opinion. The quality of Breezeline has taken nearly two years to match the picture quality and service of WOW. Breezeline now uses streaming instead of direct cable TV connection. We have had poor overall quality with streaming. I believe that streaming is much more economical for the company versus cable, since most quality issues can or maybe corrected online via customer service which eliminates the need for numerous service technicians, vehicles, insurance, gas etc. Unfortunately, by eliminating most of the support staff, the quality suffers when you have issues. Unfortunately in my location, I have a minimal amount of choices for TV programming and Breezeline seems like the best choice for us...at this time. I think this entire industry is turning into an expensive entertainment environment for viewers, especially for sport fans!
