We have only had this company for about a month and have had trouble with it . TV is interrupted constantly and the wi-fi goes in and out always , making it very hard to use my computer. We were sold on changing to you because it was reliable, not so much !! Hope to have this fixed VERY soon or will have to drop you and go bake to a reliable source.

The chat employee wasted a lot of my time. All I wanted to do was schedule a technician. The actual technicians did a great job.

Service constantly drops out. The house alarm has cell backup so every time Breezeline drops I see a fallback to cellular message. Happens many times a week. Speed is consistently slower than the plan. Getting thru ti a service person is near impossible.

Technicians were excellent, getting them here using Breezeline support was poor. Support phone number didn't function, help person when I finally managed to find same was very difficult to deal with.

The process of getting through the automated voice assistant is quite painful. All I wanted was to speak to a human. You make it very difficult. Oh, and by the way, you’re ALWAYS experiencing high call volumes.

At least it's fast. The customer service wait times are insane. All I needed to do was change service in order to move and have been on hold for over 5 hours today. Several of those hours, I was on hold for an hour only to get a notification that they are having technical issues and the call just drops. No better way to frustrate a customer that is just trying to stay with the company.

I was not informed that there was a service call charge. The Internet not working was the result of the installation and the product that I had received from breezeline. so for me to be charged a service call is very unacceptable. I attempted to call breeze line to contest the charge and of course no one was available to speak with me. so I had to continue on with the service call. I want my money back.

Too difficult to report a cable break.
