I just got started with Breezeline and it has been all good from the get go.

I was watching a movie & suddenly i lost my internet connection. I used to do tech support & i usually can fix the problem but not this time. I noticed that my cell was displaying 5G and i suspected this might be the problem but i could not figure out how to switch my modem to 2.4G. Anyway, the tech support person stayed with me for > an hour, until i was back up. I have read a lot of complaints from angry customers so i wasn’t expecting this but the help was superb.

Our issue has been resolved. Our voice tech did a great job. Tyler the mobile tech was very polite and professional.

I experienced a very fast and easy experience that solved all of my questions that I had.

Alex the technician was professional and a pleasure to be around. Whatever you are paying him is not enough for the quality of a human you have working for you. He needs to be compensated for what he does for your company. He went out of his way for me today.

The auto system was easy to use and the service agent was pleasure to talk to. It was not a long wait. He fix the problem in a short period of time.
