Breezeline is one of the worst companies you deal with. They should lose their license. After long periods of being on hold, live voices are giving it their best to help but the system doesn’t allow them to provide customer satisfaction. Really dislike this company they should be heavily scrutinized by FCC. Should lose their license. Unacceptable service

I made the mistake of trying to use the "Chat" feature on the website. First attempt: go all the way through getting a live agent, started to enter personal info, chatline went dead. Second Attempt: Only got to explaining problem got message in red saying "cannot handle this at this time call back later". Third attempt: Same as the second. Finally called the phone number, danced with a robot for a few minutes, was then connected to a lady who spent 20 minutes working and finally resolved the problem! She gets five stars! Keep her - fire the chat AI robot.

Reshma fixed my issues with logins and setting up multiple accounts on auto pay so it cut down the time I do not have anymore. Our business is growing. We will continue to need residential internet accounts. But without assistance on the login, its more consistentaly easier working with Spectrum. Reshma gave me hope that with better rates and knowing how to navigate the departments, I will have more success with Breezeline in the future. Thank you

If this resolves problem was very happy she was very polite and informative But Time will tell Unfort problem occurred during off hrs and its to difficult with my stroke to self ck modem issues. At beginning Ai helpful But at end kept asking same thing and wouldn't connect to live rep. Wait time at beginning short( less than 1 min compared to minimal 15 min several months ago). Got breezeline internet and direct tv streaming together and ea 1 doesn't want to deal with the other so difficult to locate problem other to disconnect for 30 sec

Nothing to be excited about. I would like to see ESPN included in the basic package to enjoy sporting events.
