Terrible, inconsistent, slow service! It's the worst internet provider ever. The base service that they increase your rate to is $150, an absolute rip-off. Hopefully, once Takie gets set up, they will go out of business. I highly recommend avoiding Breezline.

weather alerts are frightening and indicate disaster coming
frightening alert around 11 PM New Years Eve which suggested potential disaster imminent-way beyond what was reported and it was frightening to think about what impending doom-is there a way to alert viewers without making it sound as if the world were coming to an end-there was be a better way with alarm sounds and adding description in order to understand what was really happening overnight? poor management!!!

Breezeline is the cesspool of internet service providers…
Breezeline is the absolute worst internet service provider I've ever used! Before I agreed to use their services I explained that I have auto pay accounts for the first 2 weeks of the month and I needed a later in the month billing date. The sales rep said no problem. I even waited until the 21st of October to make sure I'd get a later billing date.
Guess what? They LIED to me! I was installed October 21st, 2024 and I was billed November 11, 2024! When I got the notice in late October I called Breezeline and the customer service rep told me he could switch my bill date to later in the month...he even gave me the 29th of the month. I just happened to reconcile my checking account and Breezeline debited my account on the 11th of this month! The rep LIED and he didn't even note my account that I had called!
Oh it gets uglier! I happened to look at my email account TODAY and Breezeline sent another billing statement...even though I was already billed on the 11th of this month AND I called and cancelled my service.
I was told by the CSR when I disconnected to take the equipment to any UPS Store to return, she told me they would box it for me. I go first thing this morning and the link I forwarded to The UPS Store wasn't working. I had to come back home to call Breezeline, again today, and the rep sent a return label. I go back to UPS and then they charged me for printing the label and then they tell me I need to box this crap up! I got a refund and bought the crap back home. I called Breezeline and told them to get a rep out to my house to pick up this crap. My cars burn premium unleaded fuel!
Do yourself a favor...DO NOT CONNECT WITH BREEZELINE! They farm their customer service out to some Asian country where their accents are so thick I had to hang on to every word they lied! One rep got 'smart' with me when I called for the 3rd time today and I had to remind her she wouldn't be employed if folks like me didn't subscribe to their crappy service!
For the one month time span I used this company...I hated their service. Internet was always slow and went out a couple of times. Can you believe it? I was installed on Oct 21, 2024 and I am billed for a full month November 11, 2024 AND I get a statement TODAY with more billing...even though I called and cancelled. How efficient huh? Seems they are more interested in my autopay than they are for my service.
Another company told me Breezeline purchased WOW which is the absolute worst of the worst! Do yourself a favor: DO NOT USE BREEZELINE DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THEIR ADVERTISING! I wish I could have given them NO-STARS for the BS they put me thru in just one month...

Breezeline has been solid
Breezeline has been solid. I have never had any problems. No cutouts or packet loss. I found a different phone number that goes directly to a US representative, so that's helpful if I need support. Pricing is amazing for the speeds.

Worse company ever and outsourcing…
Worse company ever and outsourcing their customer service to outside the USA makes them even worse!!! The representatives are unwilling to listen and are following a script in which they seem unable to comprehend how to have a conversation.

Get charge after I cancelled the Internet
I cancelled the Internet. They still charge me after that. They are thieves. Stay away if you don't want bad experience like I have been through.

If you want to pay 2-3x the costs of other ISP's to only be able to use your paid for service 1/2 of the time or less, Breezeline is the perfect company for you!
Paying almost $200 a month for 1 gig speeds which I've never once reached even with the latest and greatest devices. The highest download speeds I've reached between my top of the line desktop, laptop, PS5, Xbox one x, galaxy fold 6, etc. has been barely reaching 500 mbs and that's when I actually have internet! I bought my own modem/router, netgear nighthawk latest model capable of 10 gig speeds wifi or 50 gig wired because the equipment they "rented" me was complete trash. Even with top notch equipment and devices my internet is down for 3-4 hours in total daily. I've reached out to my neighbors every time my internet went down and theirs was also out completely! I work from home and need a stable connection and I've lost contracts and money due to not being able to respond to prospective customers. In my rural area there is no cell service for me to use my plans data and I rely on my devices wifi calling which is unusable when there is no internet connection. Thank god I haven't had an emergency because I'd be dead from not being able to call for help! We need to sue Breezeline and force them to give us at least half of the money they've charged us over the years back since we are only able to use the services we are paying for at most half of the time we need them. I put this on my momma, if another ISP ever comes to my town, I, and everyone of my neighbors that I'm friends with, will be ditching this pos company and will never look back, that's a promise! To top it all off, I have submitted screen shots to both the BBB and consumer affairs showing times I've tried to reach out to customer service and my wait times. For the phone calls I've waited 90 minutes at the least on hold and 75 minutes minimum waiting for a live rep in their online chat. Outcome of reaching out to customer support, 85% of the time my internet dropped while waiting ending my call or live chat after waiting over an hour, most times close to 2 hours, and never spoke to a live agent at all!
