1. Their ISP service using copper cable connections is slow and unreliable, and cannot meet the current bandwidth requirement of multiple WiFi devices. 2. They refuse to accept termination of their services, and continue to bill you- despite having sent a QR code to return their modem device. 3. Efforts to register complaints which are channeled thru their CHAT are unproductive as they deny your prior attempts to cancel their service. 4. Despite being paid up for the previous month of service, they then had the audacity to bill you for the next 2 months, including a LATE FEE Penalty. 5. The only way to get them to listen has been to file a formal complaint thru the FCC. 6. There are other numerous complaints filed against BREEZELINE for similar and other service quality complaints. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Their customer service is awful. We needed a cable temporarily taken down and put back up for the removal of a shed. The first ticket went in, they came out and told my husband which line was there's?? Not what we asked for; and they mislabeled their own line (it was an old Spectrum cable). Closed the ticket. I opened another ticket. No one followed up. They closed it. Opened a third ticket. No one followed up. Called a fourth time and nothing ever happened. They kept saying that they were not allowed to e-mail?? They find me just fine through e-mail to send bills. They said they called my number?? Nope, never got a missed call or voicemail. This went on for months. We had to complete the construction work at $2,000+ over budget because they had to remove the shed basically piece by piece with that line in the way. When I called to cancel our service, I was put on hold for 25+ minutes and she came back and said she could offer a discount on the contruction?? For work already completed? That makes no sense. Oh, and the speed is crap--nowhere near 1G. Ever. It also cannot handle more than about 2-3 devices at a time (our plan was supposed to handle 12+ devices).

I’ve had breezline over a year and it’s constant rate hikes, interrupted service, terrible customer service, if you can get ahold of them it’s always a 3rd world call center . . . So good luck , don’t expect much going in with them

Breezeline services are very poor. They keep sending technicians on top of technicians without any outcome. If you try to contact them via customer support, they leave the chat in the middle of the conversation without resolving your issues. I have to be on with them literally every week trying to figure out why my internet connection is so poor. Its a different answer every single time - your modem needs to be replaced, your area has a outage, our wires were cut, you need an extender, you DONT need an extender, your plan needs to be changed, etc etc . This clearly shows their inexperience. I am surprised they are still in business and have customers. I would rate -5 stars if I could. Your technician told me on May 26th that she would ship me a new modem because I had internet connectivity issues. On June 6th, I again reached out to the customer support for internet connectivity and they said that no modem was shipped and they dont see any such request on my account. I mean, seriously, are we a joke to you guys ?

This company makes canceling service when moving imposible. The customer service lines are only foreign call centers who will tell you to call back for the “Loyalty Department” - then you call back and the next agent says no such department exists. They don’t work directly for Breezeline and have little to no ability to actually resolve anything company-side. You will never be able to speak with someone in the US or an actual Breezeline employee (except maybe a salesperson at the beginning.) If you manage to find a local or corporate US office phone number (which they hide,) you will be met with “this mailbox is full” and cannot even leave a message. Business practices like this should be illegal.

AWFUL. They sent me an email that they were upgrading my WiFi for my loyalty. It was never applied to my account and I called to try to figure that out and they shut off my WiFi by accident and then promised to upgrade my house to fiber for free after that. Then they forwarded me to the sales department because they had to handle it from there. 2.5 hours later I just hung up because the wait time announcer kept saying longer and longer wait times which was interesting. INCREDIBLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

This company is an absolute scam. To cancel service, they place you on an indefinite hold. If you request a callback, they never contact you, and they have no physical location - literally, the chat support gave me a PO Box in PA for a physical location. I hope a class action lawsuit is filed soon so they go out of business. Furthermore, the internet quality is terrible, with short dropouts every few hours. My monthly bill just jumped from $25 to $100 for a 70 Mbps connection, and their policy allows them to alter pricing at any time without prior notification.

If I could leave a zero I would! Terrible customer service-they don’t help you at all. Even with a new modem the WiFi goes out at the same time every night. Hold times lie! They will make you wait all weekend until you can see a tech. Also faulty equipment. Try anyone before them you will thank me!
