I have been on the phone for 90 mins, have spoken to 3 different people, told I could have a direct line, was told I could just leave a call back number. None of it was true. This is one shitty company. Everytime a recording comes on my wait time is longer than before. I'm pretty set in my ways and it takes alot to make me change internet but this ducking breezeline is doing one hell of a job helping me change my mind

This is the worst service I have ever had out of internet service. Moved into my town you over a year and a half ago and of course I only had one choice and that was this shitty breeze line. It's constantly going out, customer service is the worst nobody speaks any English barely. You're on hold for hours at a time. If you have a choice of another internet service provider my suggestion is go with them. I once had Comcast and love them the bills stayed the same for 5 years. I've had breeze on for a year and a half and it's going up over $60 just for Internet I pay almost $90 a month, no cable just internet. We should all start a petition and get this place shut down. Do not get this service

I wish there was an ability to put zero stars. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Would rather go to the DMV every day for a year than deal with Breezeline for 30 more minutes. the level of incompetency, lack of urgency, and just blatant disregard for their customers is TRULY astonishing. Every single exec. at this company should be canned immediately and forced to deal with Breezeline troubleshooting/customer service once a day for the remainder of their miserable lives. GOD I hate all of these people. Rot. In. Hell.

I would give you a zero star if I could my grandparents in the 1800s had better Internet than this. What a joke you should be banished and sent to walk an agony pain through the sunset of disparity. You are a joke.

Terrible Internet provider! Nevber buy this service!!! The internet goes down every day; the signal drops out and then comes back!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My mom absolutely refuses to switch to a better wifi provider, and in today’s economy I can’t simply move out. So here I am, stuck with this absolutely horrendous wifi. Breezeline’s internet is probably the worst there is, and way more expensive than it’s worth. If Breezeline is the only option in your area, you might as well not have any wifi at all.

I will be switching providers asap I have had breezline now for a year I have spent more time trying to get it working then I have on the Internet I was told I would receive a $250 gift card for switching never came the Internet is out more then working they always have an excuse & want to charge me $80 to come fix their problem if I could give 0 stars I would I'm on my way now to replace them with another provider this is crap internet if you rely on this for business purposes you will soon have no business

I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get them to stop charging my autopay card months after I returned the equipment. They’re still sending notices as if I owe them $200 for unreturned equipment. Which I have a QRG code from the post office that I did. DO NOT EVER AGREE TO AUTOPAY. I HAD TO CLOSE MY CC ACCT TO MAKE IT STOP. THE INTERNET RELIABILITY SUCKS TOO. JUST DON’T
