Terrible customer service, poorly uptime and shady consumer practices. This company deserves to be litigated and if found liable for malpractice, ordered to compensate paid customers. I pray this company goes bankrupt. Shameful

Cannot get Internet service connected
Cannot get Internet service connected, rep said they would have a rep sent out no charge, now I have a bill emailed to me for $260.00 and still no service.
Try to call to speak to anyone and wait times are anywhere from 109 minutes to 130+ minutes, no option of a callback.
There is no customer service, good luck understanding anyone you might talk to

Poor service and impossible to cancel!
Their internet and TV were not working well. I mailed back the equipment and have tried to cancel online to no avail. Have called 13 times and get the same recording that they cannot connect me due to a technical issue.

I have never experienced a cancellation this bad…
I have never experienced a cancellation process as dysfunctional as Breezeline's. In fact, I'm still unable to cancel my account.
I am moving and have been trying for weeks to cancel my internet service. Breezeline requires customers to call in order to cancel, but actually reaching someone appears nearly impossible. I've spent hours on hold, requested multiple callbacks that never came, and have had calls disconnected just as I was finally about to reach a representative.
When I finally connected with a live agent through chat, I explained the situation in detail: I had already requested callbacks multiple times, already spent hours on hold, and was moving within days. Rather than providing any solution, the agent repeatedly told me to "call back" and request a callback—the very thing I had already explained was not working.
Even more frustrating, the agent refused to answer basic questions:
* How do I cancel my account?
* How do I return my equipment?
* Will returning equipment automatically close the account?
The only answer I received was, over and over again, "Call them."
At one point, the agent acknowledged that they could not process cancellations through chat, yet they were also unable or unwilling to explain the actual cancellation process.
This isn't customer service. It's a maze designed to prevent customers from leaving.
The internet service itself was fine. The customer experience was not. Requiring customers to navigate endless hold times, failed callbacks, dropped calls, chat agents with no authority to help, and a cancellation process that seems intentionally difficult is unacceptable.
If you're considering Breezeline, don't just evaluate the service. Ask yourself how much time and frustration you're willing to endure when you eventually need support or decide to cancel.

Wait time total 4 hours and still counting
After being on chat for an hour, I was told that I had to call. First call took 1.5 hours to go through so they could verify I was a real customer. I was then switched to a second line and have been on hold for another 2 hours.
I was down to 1 minute and then second it went to 50 minutes.

BREEZELINE was once very good
BREEZELINE was very good once; it was WOW. Now it has the power to make me want to kill myself. To begin, simply attempt to connect to a human being by pressing zero until your finger aches. You yell "assistant," "operator," or "technical support" until you develop laryngitis. A voice from Stratosphere attempts to instruct you on how to reset the signal, disconnect your router or monitor, and perform other high-tech tasks. At last, you meet someone who constantly apologizes for your difficulties. After sending you a signal, he forces you to crawl on the ground in order to unplug, and while you wait. Your apps either launch very slowly or not at all when you return to the home screen, with the same issues. I have a problem signing in to the portal; something has changed, and I don't know why. Waiting for the logging. No text or calls are coming. I tried to change the signing option by clicking forgot password, and I saw that I have two numbers in the profile, one with just zeros and the main phone number. I don't understand how that number got the profile just 0000000000. Their online support time is useless.

After years of being a customer
After years of being a customer, I have had a terrible terrible recent experience.
Prolonged internet outages for 2 weeks now, and all they do is keep sending techs that say the same thing. It is not an equipment issue!!
