Constant price changes. I even got a special permanent price as a long time customer they swor ewould never go up and it still went up, and then they removed my autopay discount. trying to cancel and waited 2 and a half hours on hold to be sent to the wrong department since they make you speak to retention to close and that department was closed the whole time. And then was told you have to wait for a supervisor to call you back since they needed to take other calls, as if the person already on the line didn't matter. switched to another service for 5x speed and cheaper pricing. never again with them and their prices hikes and customer service.

Internet went out over 24 hours ago. Cannot get through by phone because they insist on you inputting your PIN before they will do anything with the call. I don't know my PIN. Never had to use it. I attempted to use chat to get help. They kept giving me various times that the service would be restored (it hasn't been), then they scheduled a tech for NINE DAYS LATER. They insist that you give them your account number and PIN in order to communicate with you via chat. We are on auto-pay, so I never see a bill. I don't know the account number. And I have never had access to my account online. You have to go through a song and dance until they finally offer the obvious and text you a code. NO OTHER COMPANY DOES THIS in order to communicate with you. It is clearly their way to focus on NOT providing any customer service. So, we won't have internet for over a week. Virtual doctors' appointments have to be canceled. Bill pay will be interesting. In order to access my online account, they are REQUIRING me to call them. I don't know how I get through when I don't have a PIN. And I've seen/heard that wait times are averaging "72 minutes." This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customers are held hostage. No wonder people are saying they have great difficulty with canceling. If you value your sanity and well-being, do NOT use this horrible company! We greatly regret ever signing up with them.

Customer service is terrible. Internet service is unreliable. It is painful to navigate their phone system to get to someone who will actually be able to help. So, we leaving them. When I tried to terminate services, I learned that I need to call customer support to do that. After a long wait, I finally got to a rep. But, that rep informed me that only the “Retention Team” can terminate services. That requires a separate call to another number during normal business hours. I am trying to imagine what some executive was thinking when he or she set up the “Retention Team” to handle calls with dissatisfied customers. Is Breezeline now like The Firm, where one is not allowed to quit?

Garbage internet. Garbage tech support. Garbage management. Garbage speeds. Stay away.

Breezeline has probably the worst customer service. Starting with over an hour to get a hold of someone to speak to is the most frustrating thing and once you get a hold of them, they send you to another department and then you have to wait another hour and repeat the same information over again. I subscribe to Breezeline Internet service and was offered the price suddenly six months later my charge has doubled. I have checked around with other subscribers and find out that the rates are less I called Breezeline and it seemed that they prefer losing a client then working on the pricing with them. I cancelled and moved to AT&T for better quality and service.

Breezeline is a terrible internet provider. They raise prices consistently and provide subpar speeds.

Breezeline is a TOTAL GARBAGE!! THEY SHOULD NE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!! Your mental state will suffer dealing with them. Their internet is trash, drops every 30 min watching Netflix or simply using internet on computer. They overcharge and dealing with refunds is a nightmare. connecting to new service - they charge several hidden fees: $100 installation fee even if your condominium is on free bulk service + $30 Activation fee + you don’t get discount for paperless statements and auto debits till 2nd month even if you register both online from day 1. They rob you even there. When you decide you no longer want to deal with this GARBAGE CO and request to disconnect services - they won’t disconnect on the day you called but force you to stay another 29days if you called just a day after billing month started and if promotion ended and you want to disconnesct/stop services - they no longer prorate as of the requested day - purposely robbing you every way they can. The company’s philosophy ROB ROB ROB. And advertise lower prices but than hit you with bunch of hidden fees. Good luck having them disputed. Hold time on a ph is 3hrs. Followed by bad attitude agents trained to ROB ROB ROB YOU. Absolutely worst co in a wold. Something drastic must be done by higher up authorities on this company disqualifying them from running business. Every review is 1 star, overall rating is 1.2 stars should tell you RUN RUN RUN FROM BREEZELINE. Issue is they keep monopoly owning a territory that you’re forced to be with them. Thats why government needs to save us customers from Breezeline tremendous abuse !

Breezeline has scheme to defraud, scam tactics. When your promotion expires and you call them to cancel service their hold time for retention dept is 3hrs. To get thru them is a nightmare. So it may not happen 1st time. If you miss a day after your promotion ends they will not cancel as of that day and prorate remaining 29 days. They’ll force you to be charged entire month under new rate 4-5 times higher than your initial rate for just 1 missed day not even your fault as their lines are unreachable. Requesting to speak to manager is never managers available and scheduling call back is all lies. They do not call back. So you’re stuck with high bill. Their internet service is a joke, substandard level and you’ll constantly have outages during Netflix watching. Tech support does little to none. To become new customer they started charging $99 installation fee even though you’ve included in bulk cable from your condominium. To get manager to waive it never happens. In addition they charge $39 Activation fee. To get $10 extra discount for auto debits and paperless statement they conveniently for them, don’t start till 2nd month. Scam operation co that purpose is to grab as much but give bad service. Stay away
