The facts speak for teamselves. Ordered and paid on September 19, received my wristband today (November 19). On arrival I had to pay 36 euro in customes, for a wristband that cost me around 25 euro. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company when you live in Europe.

It has now been almost 2 years since I purchased a Swiss Made Automatic (Swiss Steel Automatic order: 100044222 , 100044421) and have still not received it. I no longer believe they even make this watch and simply sale it on the website, still to this day, to add legitimacy to the company. For anyone interested in a Brathwait Swiss Made Automatic, do not buy any it, you will never receive it.

I love my Braithwait so much. It's a great watch in every way. More than that, I can't say enough about the excellence in customer service when I encountered a small and very uncommon challenge. I asked for help and I received so much more than I expected. The communication was clear and the service was nothing short of superior in every way! Thank you so much.

Well, I'd love to give it a positive review, but I can't because I didn't got the watch yet... According to ROUTE app it wasn't even shipped, and in your shipment page it says it takes 10-15 business days, which in my case yesterday was the last day to get it delivered to me.. So, umm, what's happening to my order ??

I purchased my first Braithwait watch a few years ago and it suddenly stopped working. I tried everything to repair it but couldn’t get it to run. The Braithwait team was dealing with limited options to repair my watch during this very difficult time and came through with a creative solution that really impressed me. I made an order for the Swiss Classic with mesh strap. It took half a year for it to finally reach my doorstep... however, this was mainly due to the COVID-19 pandemic putting up multiple stops in the delivery service. The product delivered came in good condition, just as I expected from the photos. I'm very satisfied with it and currently wear the Brathwait watch every time I get to go out. It's been over 2 months now since I've first worn it, so far am loving it. Also, shout out to team Braithwait support team. It takes a while for them to reply, but it was understandable that they're being flooded with tickets during the pandemic, yet they still get the job done. :)

Ordered an Automatic Minimalist watch this summer. Now that I have been using the watch a few times, it seems that the "automatic" function does not work, if the watch is not in constant motion. And when in motion, it keeps a clear swirling sound all the time, which is pretty annoying. The worse thing, however is, that if I take the watch off for the night or for my working hours, the watch has stopped by the time I pick it up again. I have to put it back in time every day, if using it. I suppose that is not how a watch should work. It should show you the time, not be the thing you put on time according to something else. I have tried to contact the Brathwait customer service already two times, with no answer. The first time was 11 days ago. Although they promise on their website to be in contact with you within one workin day. I have now my watch unused at home. And waiting still for a reply from Brathwait, how to deal with the situation.
