I wanted to like this company but they sent me a defective cap that is stitched wrong and they want to charge me a handling fee to return the defective product... (unless I model it for them in photos and show how it is defective).

I ordered 2 hats on December 27th. The first time the tracking said it was delivered and never arrived. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me the hats again and to give them up to 15 days. Again not hats despite saying it was delivered. I contacted them again and their comment was if I would accept 70%refund because they are losing money too because they can’t find the hats. I don’t have a problem with the hats made in China but now over 2 months later and I have neither the hats or my money returned. Buyer beware as this company seems shady!

I bought the Ace in XL. I got my hat in three days. The fit, finish, and overall quality is outstanding. These ain’t them cheesy little flat caps you get at Target. I don’t know what these bad reviews are about. I know there’s a lot of scam sites out here selling fake Boston Scallys. Buy from Bostonscally.com, and ONLY them. I’ve got three more in my cart till I can get my bread up to buy em’. They ain’t giving’em away, and rightly so….

I ordered during a flash sale. Waited a month for delivery. Their website they use for deliveries is difficult to use and the app is a paid subscription. The tracking said delivered but no address listed. Nothing ever came. Emailed their team and through broken English they said my package was delivered to my address and refused to refund me. The packing was never delivered. I am currently trying to get my money

MAIL SCAM. Ordered for a flash sale. Delivery from China. said it was delivered. I received a package with two disposable socks. ABSOLUTE SCAM

I have been buying from The Boston Scally Company and they are legit! There is a company out there that is “claiming” to sell Boston Scally caps. They even post Boston Scally’s stock photos, While claiming to sell their caps. CITTRN is one company I know of that is scamming people. I know, because CITTRN scammed me! If you want an authentic Boston Scally cap, make sure you buy it from the real Boston Scally Company. at “bostonscally.com” I have had nothing but good luck with Boston Scally! If you get the wrong hat size, you send it back (they pay for return shipping). They will send you a different size, give you a credit for a different cap, or they will give you a refund minus a small fee. From. my experience, they are a very good and fair company! They also have some AWESOME caps!

32 days after paying for express shipping I am still waiting for my order. Their garbage chinese tracking site says it was delivered but who know what that means considering the 'delivered'notification says that it was done on the 28th... I checked this on the 27th... Terrible service.
