I like that they have good variety of designs but it seems like the lean a little too heavy on plaids. I bought an 8 panel faux leather called The Scrap Yard. I ordered the small based on my head measurement and it came in somewhat tight. I’m hoping it stretch enough to become more comfortable. It’s too bad that they can’t offer hat sizes but it’s understandable since they are made in China. Overall it’s an above average hat for the price. If they offer a shipping option other than USPS. I would take the higher option. Mine came USPS and took almost two weeks to arrive.

Sent to wrong address. Refused to issue refund after usps confirmed return to sender. This company is a scam.

I’ve had very good experiences with Boston Scally Company. Their products are what I would call middle of the road pricing. So far all the hats I’ve purchased are great quality products. If you like their products I would recommend ordering from them.

Great price on the sale I shopped and a fast delivery. Well made caps and sized properly.

I ordered a cap for my brother for Christmas and never received it. There is no question about receiving the merchandise since I have a p.o. box at UPS. I have received all the other packages I have ordered with the exception of theirs. They put the responsibility on me to track it down. I have requested a refund several times and they have refused. I will never do business with them again and never recommend them.

On the product side, hats are decent but overpriced, sizing is inconsistent, and the same size fits for some hats but not others. And that's when your actually get your order. My most recent experience: placed an order, order for multiple items was confirmed and money was removed from my account. 48 hours later, the entire order was cancelled, and while a refund was issued, there was no communication as to why my ENTIRE order was canceled. Get ahold of your order system, and improve your poor customer service - company seems to be struggling as it grows and I cannot recommend.

Horrible condescending staff. They do not ship expedited, false claims and rip off. Staff made this experience horrible.
