They allow people to buy out a limited addition product and sell them on ebay at 10x the price. Loyal customers, like myself, who work don't have a chance. I will end my collection at 42 hats. Never buying another.

NO REFUNDS. They steal a $9 restocking fee on a return. Product not as fine as the ads and if you send it back you lose $9 restocking fee any discount you had and they do not refund shipping which is high at $10 per hat. Save yourself the trouble. Shop Amazon and get a fair refund policy. Hats are overpriced for the quality.

I fell for the social media marketing blast by them. These hats are as cheap quality as they get and are clearly a brand front for a Chinese factory that stocks in the US warehouses. The hats come folded and the crease across the top back seems like it will be there forever.

Sizing is way off. I used the size guide on their website, double checked myself a couple times, yet it was still way too small. Because the size is so off, I am doing a return, for which they deduct so much from the cost that it's not worth it. I'll stick with Mucros Irish caps.

Bad customer service. Greedy company. If you guess the wrong size for a gift forget exchanging it. I will never buy from them again.

Absolutely love the Hats!!!! Price good size good customer service destroys the experience and the company. I have ordered from Boston Scally direct no 3rd party many times a few shipping issues but arrived. Well this time was unfortunately the last time I can purchase from them purchased 4 hats in this order one being a special with bag and coin was 200.00 bucks plus and was marked as preparing for shipping now mind u paid for 2 day shipping which really takes 4 due to processing but hey things go wrong contacted because 5 days later still says preparing for shipping now this is all on there web site and on there web site says to be delivered on the day before I contacted them. Received many many excuses and none made sense I have all the email chains pictures of my account on the website and the flipped answers I have received. I have forwarded all to the BBB as well as the local police in Mass. conveniently 838pm tonight after contacting police sending them emails I receive another email saying they were going to refund my money today but I already started the charge back process you dam right at the police’s recommendation listen it’s only 200 bucks but I have all the patience and time in the world and don’t like to be cheated. I will also say I offered an out all they had to do was replace and send me the other hats besides the special I would eat that one as I know it was sold out on there site but never a response to that they say I should write a review on Fedx oh I will as I have an account with them and as soon as they would have put my name in the computer too ship I would have received a shipping alert come on folks. Be aware they make good hats they are NOT good people if you get it your lucky I am sure they have sent out thousands of hats but I have been reading there reviews and holy cow it’s trend just my warning too you

Terrible company - first, no phone number to speak to a real person. Secondly, they charge some bullshit 8 dollar restocking fee for refunds, even when someone wants to get another hat. Quality is ok - nothing special here, just some felt and a brim - but they think they deserve $8 for returns - avoid this company and shop in person

Scammed me on my gift hat no customer service at all it’s just a fake computer preprepared answer not specific to question bottom line never got hat charged 73.03 and reported to my CHASE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY REVERSED CHARGES
