Excellent quality, fit, and packaging I ordered two Boston Scally caps and was very impressed when they arrived. Both were properly boxed, with minimal wrinkles from shipping. The fit was excellent, the construction was very good, and the interior lining and finishing showed attention to detail. I've worn baseball caps for most of my life, so switching to flat caps was a change for me. These two have made that transition easy. I even received an unsolicited compliment from a stranger who said he liked the look and wanted to buy one himself. Based on my experience with these two caps, I'm very pleased with the quality and would recommend Boston Scally to anyone considering a flat cap.

Deceptive trade practices and false website advertising. They post on their website free exchanges. Even in the refund section free exchanges or gift card. What they do not say, free exchange for the exact same hat in a different size because of fit or same size because of damage. If you bought the hat on sale or got a discount, your new hat will likely be a full price plus, and I truly cant say for certain, you may have to pay for shipping again. So the word Free is not a total lie, it only applies to two cases, that is deceptive trade. It is not only the website, but provided by the company via email prior to ordering, so they even had an opportunity to clear it up and chose not to. So if you have $50-60 lying around to try a hat on, I like their hats, but their commitment to customer satisfaction and service is see through.

I found thr cap to be of rather high quality in both materials and stitching. Shipping was delivered between 9-12 days and it arrived in 6 days. After shopping other sites Boston Scally had an easy, eye catching website. In conclusion I will DEFINITELY be a repeat custom

They allow people to buy out a limited addition product and sell them on ebay at 10x the price. Loyal customers, like myself, who work don't have a chance. I will end my collection at 42 hats. Never buying another.

Well WORTH THE MONEY!!!! GREAT QUALITY CAPS!!!! Husband got one as a gift in 2023 and has been loving the Scully ever since.

High quality caps, in a variety of colors, priced right, promptly delivered. Perfect!

The truth is that these are $20 hats at best being sold for $50 plus shipping. It's a sham people. My hat is Walmart quality at best. Save your money for a good hat. I'm going to attempt to return my overpriced hat...wish me luck. I hear they're difficult to deal with.

I received my order last night that included 2 gifts for friends of mine. The hoodie looked great and felt suprisingly soft. The recipient was extremely happy. The Army Green Scrapyard scally was great quality and fit the recipient perfectly. Mine was a Peaky Dark Olive Green Herringbone. The color was fantastic but unfortunately the fit was quite a bit off. For a company that tells you to measure your head carefully but then sells a hat that is M/L, you wouldn't think the size would be that far off. I am now waiting on an order from Amazon for hat resizers. Not a terrible extra expense, just inconvenient. If you are ordering, keep in mind that you may have an in-between head and you may need some resizers (which in my opinion should come with the hats). They are inexpensive on Amazon. I don't want to kill my love of the hat with a bad customer service experience.
