Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the resort's set forth the eligibility requirements for the special promotional packages NOT BookVIP. If we could accept everyone business we gladly would, however, the resort's are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting their requirement's which is why the packages are up to 70% off. We are the #1 provider of promotional packages and have sent over 100,000 people on vacation already this year. The eligibility requirement's are different for every special resort offer. As the owner, I stand behind our packages 100% as we go over all the requirements on the phone. Thank you for your feedback. On all of our promotional packages says "*Resort Preview Required" and at the bottom of each page it has the "Terms & Conditions" of each package which we go over with every customer that purchases a promotional package. The reason the packages are up to 70% off the retail rate is the resort's are subsidizing the cost of vacation in exchange for you meeting the eligibility requirements which is listed in the "Terms & Conditions". We are the #1 provider of promotional packages and have sent over 100,000 people on vacation already this year. Hello Brijpal, Thank you for your feedback. However, we are definitely not a sham as we have sent over 100,000 people on promotional packages this year a lone and have more actual customer video reviews than travel site in world. However, this is a LIMITED promotion which means there is LIMITED amount of rooms at the 70% off the retail rate for each hotel. The hotels are NOT discounting all their rooms, however, they are discounting a specific allotment for customer's that meet their eligibility requirements for the promotion.
