Owner is horrible.
I saw a post on facebook that looked to good to be true. So i hopped on google to look at reviews. Im have the common sense when dealing with a third party to read terms and conditions so that i am not scammed out of money. But the reason i wouldnt use bookvip is solely because of the responses by the owner James. Every response to a review is a b rated pitch, followed by a rude remark, followed by his email if you want to "contact him directly". The company is fairly new and seems like they dont fully have everything together. Also, i understand certain things are listed in the terms and conditions page, but it needs to be stated during checkout. Anyway, what it comes down to for me personally is i would never give money to a deceiving person like the owner of this company. Also, for anybody that has used this company and has been screwed over, instead of writing a review here, please contact the better business borough!!

The fact is as an owner of the company, I am extremely proud the fact we sent over 500,000 families to Mexico last year and we have more actual customer video testimonial reviews than any other travel site in the world - this is undisputable As the fastest growing travel web site in the world with over 3.2 Million Likes I will continue to use this forum for positive and negative feedback as I know our promotional packages have changed lives and created incredible memories I don't know what type of work you are in but I hope you have the same effect on people in your life.
