Update-Make sure you read the fine print

So I received a reply from the owner of Bookvip but I'm not able to reply to his comments, so I will do it here. Mr Colligan, I'm glad you read your own terms & conditions, it now clearly states and I qoute " Additional Terms When traveling to Cabo the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Villa del Palmar Cabo or this promotion will be voided" This is not what was posted originally, seems a little sketchy to me. I also tried calling the number listed on their website 1-888-849-8450 and all I got was: 1. Congratulations you won a free Life Alert 2. Save money on Direct TV 3. Save money by switching to T-Mobile 4. Save on your car Insurance Then I was told their number had changed and to call 1-800-712-6660 but I all I got was that I won a free Cruise, I never was able to speak to a real person. We were looking to plan a vacation and thought we would try Bookvip but after reading the terms & conditions, we realized this would be a major mistake. We would be required to stay at the Holiday Inn for the first night in Cabo and attend the sales presentation before we would even be allowed to check into Villa del Palmer. Additional Terms When traveling to Cabo the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos or this promotion will be voided. Scary to think what would of happened if we did not read the fine details. Stay Away

Considering you took the time to write this post in error, it would much appreciated that you corrected it. You can reach me directly [email protected] Thank you UPDATE: As an update, you DEFINITELY called the WRONG phone number most likely 800 - 849 8450 NOT 888 849 8450, 888 849 8450 DEFINITELY IS our main number and we already received over 1000 calls today. There is a reason we have call centers in two counties, 24 hour customer service and over have 3.2 Millions Likes and are the fast growing travel company in the world. As I mentioned, you can email me directly [email protected] and I will gladly speak to you as it pains me when I see incorrect information posted. Thank you for your email and apologize for any confusion, however you are definitely mistaken. The Villa del Palmar is the one sponsoring the discounted promotion at the Villa del Palmar Cabo and the Holiday Inn Los Cabos. You are required to spend the first night at either hotel you are staying at for the duration of the vacation. So if you are staying at the Holiday Inn Cabo or Villa del Palmar, you spend your entire vacation at that resort. Only the resort preview is held at the Villa del Palmar Cabo. It makes no sense to do it as you described. My apologies if not properly explained so please contact me so can make amends for any inconvenience. Great representative. Quick to answer to my questions
My husband and I stayed at a secrets resorts in Puerto Vallarta. Our representative was on top of our booking and was quick to respond to my e-mails with any questions I had. He had the hotel booked and was timely on emailing me my transportation voucher and hotel requests. My car was waiting for me at the airport and the sales presentation was thorough yet not pushy. I was skeptical at first with this deal and I must say it was a wonderful experience. I recommend using bookvip to anyone interested in learning about properties. Victoria

Great trip to Cancun
We had a great experience with Bookvip everything that they said would be taken care of for us did, everything that was promised was delivered. My wife and I cannot be more please and look forward to working with them again on another vacation. Thanks Bookvip!

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical about using Bookvip for my next vacation but did so anyway based on the mostly positive reviews. Now three weeks back from Jamaica I am VERY glad I booked Bookvip! Bookvip is a LEGITAMATE company acting as the middleman between the public and resort developers (who want us to purchase). In exchange for attending a NO PRESSURE (really!) vacation club presentation I received excellent customer service from Bookvip AND huge savings on a vacation that I was taking anyway. Highly recommend!

You can save up to save 70% of the retail rate on the promotional packages because the resort's are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting their eligibility requirements and attending the resort preview. The only issues we have had is when customer's have tried to circumvent the resort's eligibility requirements as naturally everyone wants to save up 70%.
