I booked a trip with BookVip, not knowing that the policy would change and the resort would be available only to married and co-habitating people. I told them that there was a possibility that I would travel with someone, not definitely. At no time was I told by anyone that it was a "couples only" resort. Less than a month before my travel date, and after booking my flight, I was told I could not take the trip and was not entitled to a refund. Now I must take them to court for a refund, or go somewhere inferior that I'm not interested in visiting. "Susie" with no last name was extremely rude and combative. I will never work with these people, again.I did have a good experience one year ago. But they are not the same. When I booked the resort, it was not for couples, only. Buyer Beware! Ok. I just resolved the above-mentioned issue in a very satisfactory way with another supervisor. This one (Naika) was very pleasant, professional, and eager to be of assistance. She stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved to both our satisfaction. I'm looking forward to traveling, and enjoying this trip as much as I enjoyed the first one.

Villa Del Palmar Cancun was a nice place. I really enjoyed my stay and the presentation wasn't too bad. The restaurants were great and I upgraded my room for the ocean view. BookVIP lived up to the promises and everything went smoothly. I actually booked a new reservation with your website yesterday (Punta Cana) so that should be further evidence that BookVIP came through with your promises. This was my first trip with BookVIP and I enjoyed doing business with you guys.

Booked a discounted all-inclusive promotional package at an exceptional rate which required a 90 minute vacation club presentation during the trip. This was clearly explained upfront along with the required verification of financial and demographic info to qualify for the rate, before making the deposit. When qualified by the parent company of the resort, we received our confirmation, which I also verified directly with the resort front desk. We had an amazing experience, the resort, accomodations, food, all inclusive package were first class and fantastic. If we had booked through Expedia or similar site it would have cost more than twice what we paid. Transportation from the airport and check in were a breeze. We were never treated as if we were staying on a deeply discounted rate and felt like royalty. We did upgrade to preferred/butler suite on arrival for an additional nightly charge but would have also been very satisfied with the regular room. The required presentation was scheduled at our convenience and was not at all high pressure and we were easily able to decline without a negative experience. The BookVIP value and vacation stay was exceptional and we will book with them again without question. But you really need to understand the requirements up front and it is not for everyone. It does require 90 minutes of your vacation time for the presentation ( if you do not comply you will be charged the regular/full amount for the stay), so if your not willing to hear what they offer for the discount, then go ahead and pay the rack rate. Also, please do not try to scam the system by falsifying your situation if you do not qualify for the promotion as they will find out and you'll also have to pay full amount. Overall, I will definitely reserve with BookVIP again. If you are honest with BookVIP and qualify they can provide you with a smooth, worry free reservation/vacation worth twice what you would pay at the rack rate. It was definitely worthwhile for us.

Booked with Book VIP in December. They presented me with my options and booked me for a reservation that I was not qualified for. After I had stayed one night and was beyond check out for the second night, I received a call from the resort saying I was not qualified for the discount. I called Book VIP and they were very rude, and unhelpful. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor after I had asked and told me that I was responsible for the entire resort/reservation amount. I was responsible for the entire amount of a stay that they knew I didn't qualify for when I had booked it 3 months earlier. I will NEVER book with Book VIP again!!!!

Our experience was for a week's vacation in Cancun. If you qualify, on multiple issues, and can be prepared for some surprises, you can discover and experience an amazing, stimulating and educational vacation in paradise. BookVIP makes this possible.

Everyone was do nice and pleasant. The resort was always kept clean.
