We had a wonderful experience booking through BookVIP. There were very responsive to our inquiries and helped us have a fabulous vacation. We would definitely use them again and are recommending them to our friends.

Book VIP is helpful and the initial process is easy. However, there are too many phone calls but if you have time to talk in the initial call the providers are great and helpful.

We had a very nice vacation, everything was as expected and explained. We would love to visit the resort again and would not hesitate to use bookvip again. The service was fantastic, it was an all inclusive resort that had some of the best service we have experienced during vacation.

Horrible customer service. I had a problem with my trip and I called, the woman that answered the phone was no help, she said we'll send an email to the resort and work this out by email. Mean time I'm left standing there waiting. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and she wouldn't get me one. She said someone will call you back. I'm left standing around waiting. I will never use them again!
