I would recommend this company, my trip was wonderful and so relaxing.

We had a very good time during the vacation. It was an experience of a lifetime. The bed we slept on was something else Very soft and cozy which made me have sweet dreans. I recommend bookvop.com anytime to anyone.

The most horrible experience so far. Waiting two day for a supervisor or a manger to get back to me in regards to the wrong hotel they booked me for . We book for Krystal beach Cancun and they keep telling me I booked for oasis sens. I have have discussed this problem with 3 different repesentatives and they hav advised me that a superior would get back to me. Till this time I have NOT spoken supervisor or manger . They just keep repeating themselves like a robot recording . This company needs to be reported to the BBB. Never again TravelER BEWARE
