This company is nothing but a scam. My family booked a vacation to Branson, Missouri and received five total e-mails from the company. Several of these e-mails listed the wrong destination and once we discussed this with them, they said it was no big deal. We were also told several times that the major credit card required could be in anyone's name on the reservation. We drove to Branson and were informed once there that the credit card had to be in my father's name which was never disclosed. I had a qualifying credit card which they proceeded to charge for another high fee so that we wouldn't have to cancel our vacation and return home. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their response was a joke. They used a bunch of canned language and didn't even address my actual complaint. On their second response they finally attempted to address my actual complaint and sent me several statements that were out and out lies. After I pointed out there lies in my follow up, they then refused to response any further and the BBB closed my complaint saying I was not satisfied. I would recommend that nobody ever use this company.
