Perfect gift for teens obsessed with Japanese food and culture.
This was a gift for my Japanese obsessed 15 year old son. He loved it, and it was extra special that he received it several times over several months. Customer support is also excellent.

Outstanding customer service response time with answer to my question regarding the track package link not working. The team looked into this issue and within minutes provided the current shipping status for my Bokksu Box. Fantastic service from the Support Team!

Scam, dishonest practices
Terrible company, do not get involved with them. I paid extra money for priority shipping because I needed the product quickly. Wasn't shipped priority and doesn't look like it's showing up any time soon. It's still in Japan a week later. Customer service is a bot which doesn't help or let you speak to a person. Scam

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! Bait and switch! …
They have informed me halfway through subscription that they are raising shipping cost. This was a pre paid 6 month subscription with terms clearly outlined, including shipping cost. Now they've decided to change the terms and increase the shipping. Bait and switch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered but needed to make a change to shipping address. Inquiry was handled very quickly and the address was changed without issue. Great products and great company!
