Have had two boxes so far and they both are great! Contacted customer support since days after I ordered a promo for two free boxes can out. They kindly added the free boxes to my account.

I have been a member for almost a year. I purchased some treats from the boutique along with some beautiful sake glasses at 11:30pm on April 7th and received them at noon on April 9th!!! I can't get stuff from the neighboring states that quickly! Amazing! And so is the customer service.

I was a subscriber for 4 years and they murdered their loyalty program. There is no real reason to continue to subscribe with them versus jumping around and trying different boxes. Also when they did the swap they bungled my account and started double shipping stuff. Subscription management was also messed up and I kept receiving boxes after my sub had ended to realize that I guess there was some oddity between shop and their native ui. Support was either slow or clueless. So long story short. Good snacks, meh support and a worthless loyalty program that lasts only 90 days... It's like shop cash pretty much pointless now.

Very overpriced and no customer service. For some reason everytime they ship me a order, it gets sent to the local post office. They never bring it to my house. Last box I had several chocolate treats in it. They were all melted. They'd sat at the post office for days. Then when you ask for a refund, they don't respond. Its not on me to make sure it gets to me. I paid for shipment. It's their responsibility to make sure it gets here. I'm home. They don't bring it at all. My wife is always home. And it requires no signature. Don't try to make this my fault. Yall do that everytime. I get 5-10 packages and week. Bokksu is the only one that never gets delivered.

Hi Randall, We're really sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive melted snacks and to deal with delivery issues. Looking into this, it seems we've responded to all of your inquiries, and for the recent incident, we issued a refund as a courtesy. Since carriers handle the final delivery, we, unfortunately have no control over their process. If you're often not home at the time of delivery, we’d recommend reaching out to your local post office to coordinate.

My fiance bought a 3-month subscription as a Valentine's Day gift to me. I've received two out of the 3 boxes so far, and they're incredible. No repeat items between the two; everything is so unique. I would never be able to find these items in stores near me. LOTS of snacks for the price, too. Beautifully and carefully selected, prepared and packaged. Not too long of a wait to Wisconsin, either. Can't wait for April's box!

I personally like receiving both unique items curated for Bokksu, and items I know I have picked up in Japan at my local 7eleven or train station.
