I recently traveled from the US thru Canada on my way to Manila Philippines for my retirement. Much to my dismay Air managed to loose my luggage for the connecting flight. I filed a claim with Blue Ribbon Bags and in less than 10 hours they were able to locate and confirm that my luggage was found at the Manila Airport, of course it came on A later flight than the one I was on. This service to me was well worth the 10 or so dollars I spent. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone traveling especially outside of the Continental United States.
