Can’t thank you enough! When my bag didn’t arrive at the airport I was sick. Not having your clothes is one thing, but not having your medicine, contacts, glasses is another. Your service had my bags delivered in less than one day! I’ll NEVER travel without this service! Thanks for doing such a great job!

Blue ribbon is phenomenal! They found my bags with ease! That was great but the text updates were also reassuring knowing where my bags were each step of the way back to me. I recommend everyone use this service. You guys rock!

Easy decision for me to buy this service. Confirmed as I walked past the line at the lost baggage claim desk. I luckily didn't lose any luggage but would not want to go through the process if I did. Great peace of mind, worth every penny

Kind of a scam! They let you fill in all these documents, and when you do it they still send you some bullsh*t automatic reply that you didn't fill in a certain document. Luckily, I got helped very well by the airport assistance and didn't need their service in the end, because all the information they sent me was wrong anyway!

Even though English is not my mother tongue, they helped me reschedule my flight in the easiest and fastest way possible !

It is a scam, they dont give you money when you lose your luggage. You are not abled to sleep, because you have to give them so much information within 24 hours and then they say you didnt give them enough information. It is a horrible organisation and it is a waste of time. Do not ever use their services. They will not help, only waste your time
