Today I attempted to buy a $25.00 gift card for a member. I was at the Columbia, MD store. At first the cashier was helpful by pointing me to where I could find the cards. Then when I tried to purchase the card she asked me for my membership card. I don’t have one, so she was unable to ring up the sale. I then went to customer service, and received the same response. I was furious that I wanted to spend money in their store, but because I didn’t have a membership card they couldn’t help me. However, I came home and Ordered the card online using a ONE DAY GUEST PASS. Why couldn’t I have been offered that at the store.

pretty sad when you can't renew your membership it's easier to apply for a regular credit card than to try and get a BJ's renewal online that is very sad way to do business renewing your membership over the phone terrible

BJ's has failed me again! Another BJ's error of not including an item in my order, and no one could give me a refund. The store admitted they didn't pack the item and were super nice about attempting to give me a refund, but the computer system wouldn't let them! Same thing happened 6 months ago with an online order, and had to initiate a chargeback to finally get the refund over 2 months later. BJ's is the one that mixed up my orders, not me, and their computer system will not allow refunds to be processed by their employees even when the employees tell you that you are due a refund. I drove back to the store to get the item because I knew if they couldn't do the refund today and were going to get back to me a few days later, it might be another 2 month process to get my money back from BJ's. You need to give your employees more control over the computer systems to help the customer the first time. I think they just hope you give up because it's easier than trying to get a refund from them!

Bj credit card customer service is the worst that i have ever in counted. They are very rude even when u ask a question. They just don’t want to help at all. Bj needs to Re-analyze there contract with Comenity Bank. They come to you already with boxing gloves on Horrible the worst.

I do like BJ wholesale for a variety of reasons especially their selections however their recent policy on the auto check out to opt in membership renewal is just wrong to the consumer. Folks should be allowed to opt in I agree but not forced to opt out.

Don't buy your tires there, they won't rotate them. ON 10/10/18 no cars in bay and no one waiting and he turned me and another lady down said make an appointment. OK with no one there and bays all empty where were you busy? We drove 2 hr to get there. We didn't make an appointment as we didn't know what time we would arrive, as we had previous appointment before arriving at BJ's. Rude & unprofessional

Fantastic service provided by BJS, in particular Team 46 (Scotland). Communicated well with me on the day of delivery without any issues. On arrival were polite and friendly. Thanks.

I ordered tv on September 7,2020 and have still not received my tv. Buyer beware BJ's uses CEVA Logistics and the suck. Will me er place another online order again with BJ's. As of today September 29,2020 no Tv.
