The taste wasn’t what was expecting. Hard to finish order.

I really liked the way it filled me up. I liked the taste. I did not like the thickness. It became the consistency of pudding before I could drink it all the way. I don’t want to have to guzzle my meal. It did help me feel good though.

I have researched many meal replacement shakes and biome Secret was always number one. It is from Germany, which has stricter standards on their food than the US. It’s a very thick shake so it’s like you’re eating a meal and at 40 g of protein and 380 cal it definitely helps. Keep you full Packed with lots of nutrients. It is the perfect meal replacement for me.

As long as you have a good blender (I use a portable Ninja blender bottle) I make my Vanilla with a frozen banana and it is exactly like a milk shake. Great stuff and it really keeps me sated for dinner. I also use coconut water for a bit more vitamins.

I have been very pleased so far with Biome Secret. I love the chocolate flavor and feel like it does keep me full. The biggest difference has been in my nails and hair, so much stronger.
