The pills made my blood pressure spike and I got very nauseated. The shakes are horrible tasting and made me vomit!

Bought a chocolate and vanilla caramel. I tried the vanilla caramel and had an allergic reaction to it. It was the only new thing I had and I got hives all over. I can’t return it because it’s not a complete set and has been opened. Also when I emailed about getting a refund I got 2 emails, one with my name and one with Joanne. And the response was so generic and clearly done care that there product gave me an allergic reaction and I’ve never been allergic to anything but Dove products. So are they putting soap in their shakes? Who knows.

I have two orders needing returns. Number One (1), Feb 9 for BIO-1137653 because the product was very thick and a terrible taste. Number Two (2), Mar 9 for BIO-1128335 because didn’t know I would get another order. I want my money back for both orders. Please send me the two labels to return the product.

I did not like the taste or texture of the shakes.

Please refund plus I got another package without out ordering it had one shake was horrible … didn’t mix well lumpy and gross .. so the second on I put in blender didn’t help at all … please send info to me to send all of it back to you thank you

This company is out for nothing more than stealing your money. They know that the product makes many people sick. Let me repeat that since the company keeps trying to say it has to do with taste!!… What I am saying people who are considering buying this product, is that it has nothing to do with taste what I am saying. THIS PRODUCT MAKES YOU ABSOLUTELY SICK TO YOUR STOMACH! TERRIBLE STOMACH CRAMPS…. Horrible bloating, lack of digestibility… Artificial ingredients are probably what are creating this… Given the fact that they are so devious I question if the product is even the quality they say… Especially since they make you ship it back to Germany!! It’s not made in Germany, so why are they shipping it back to Germany?? Because it’s a way to stop you from getting your money back even though they won’t give you your money back anyway because of these master packs. More about the master packs later… THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE IT. THEY KEEP TALKING ABOUT TASTE TO DISTRACT YOU AND HAVE YOU THINK THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY REACTING AND RESPONDING TO THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. They have many people writing in about how bad it is yet. They are not helpful and gracious enough to give their money back. They create enormous obstacles by making you spend more money shipping a product that was sent to you from America. They make you ship it to Germany for double the price… They also create “master packs“ that you must open in order to get one envelope out and then they claim it’s been opened and you can’t return it. Please understand what I’m saying here… You cannot return the product if you open the master pack, even though all the envelopes are inside the master packs and they are still sealed! It’s another joke that they have and for some reason they are so far getting away with it… I will not let them… Don’t let them take your money too!!!! They are in a war with me because I absolutely want my money back and they just keep refusing with American Express. I am going to fight this and fight this because this is a scam company! This company doesn’t give a hoot about your health or about if their product makes you sick! They care only about the dollar…Once you taste it, they won’t take it back. It’s a joke.

I cannot choke the caramel shake down. It thickens up so much it’s difficult to swallow like you are drinking gelatin-even after you had lots of extra water. Why does it contain seed oils? That’s exactly what we are instructed to not consume. They are SUPER aggressive with “refilling your subscription” and you don’t have time before they charge your card again to even finish the first order. Super disappointed. And after reading these reviews on trust pilot, I wish I had read these and not their own. Bummer and expensive one at that! They wouldn’t refund the second bath even though I cancelled (I was too late they said).

HORRIBLE! Product made me nauseous. I tried for weeks and nothing changed. I had my husband try and did not work for him. I contacted customer service for refund. It would cost me $900 to return!!! Absolutely unacceptable for a reputable brand to not offer a reasonable return policy. DON’T PURCHASE!!
