The shake flavor is really good, you need the blend the shake throughly otherwise you will be drinking clumps. 40 grams of protein is good but after adding 16 oz of water I add a protein shake which adds 30 grams of protein. I can do one shake and 2 small snacks and I set for the day. Delivery was fast and order taking was easy.

I feel that the shakes are delicious and definitely filling. It's a little too early for me to comment on health benefits, however, based on the first couple of weeks it seems promising. My only negative so far is that the shakes seem to have a relatively short expiry date. Delivery was good and quick.

I have not seen progress in my weight loss because these shakes make me soooo full that I have been unable to finish one full shake so far. It's very thick and I have to keep watering it down, which means I'm actually filling up my stomach even more. I feel like serious discipline is needed to stick to drinking 1 a day. Whatever's in those shakes do the job. When they say you get full, you get full!

I like the product, but I don't take every day so an option that stretches it out a bit would be good (I am paused right now b/c I have too many packets). Also, it is a little grainier than others I have tried but I like the extra protein. Thanks!

The product is packed with nutrients. I have not taken it long enough to say weight loss is happening. The metabolism booster is awesome but a container of 28 with two per day is not a reasonable or affordable price so I will have to say when I am done with my shakes I will stop my use. The product is good.
