This shake really helped jumpstart a journey toward better health that I have needing to make for some time. It is filling, tastes good, and a great way to start my day off right.

Biome Secret is top notch. Flavors are great, even though they only have two flavors. I use the product to replace my lunch and fill full up till dinner time. So far so good, I feel better in the few weeks that I have been taking the product. Take it from me, I have issues with taking powered products and I have no issue with Biome Secret. Give it a try, it might change your life.

The only part of this experience I did not enjoy is a factor I couldn’t anticipate prior to trying the product for a few days. After a week of use, I began struggling with severe constipation, gas, and body acne. It turns out that this is a response some people have to plant-based proteins. Sadly, I had to discontinue use and cancel my subscription. I hope others have a better experience!

I have found that the Biome shakes curb my appetite. I have not ended up using them as a meal replacement but as a late afternoon snack. I use half a packet mixed with water and several ice cubes and have a fantastic shake that keeps me full until dinner time without the horrible hunger pains I feel when trying to not snack on unhealthy choices.
